Scenes From The Weekend

I harbor the mindset that three-day weekends make everything most excellent. Friday, Saturday and Sunday all sort of blend together in my memory, and I don't mind one bit. We dined outdoors twice, took long winding walks while discussing business plans and travel daydreams, ate lots, read lots, played with flowers (me); watched basketball (him) and topped it all off with ice cream sandwiches and a dance party.

A whole new slew of blossoms have popped up to replace those already fading and I'm pretty sure their aroma is even lovelier than before. Imagine that!

  3. I love long weekends like the one you just had. Is there anything better than talking with your best friend about the life plans that you have for each other -- and travel plans, nonetheless?!

Oh, and I have been know to polish off a good ice cream sandwich when given the chance. :)

The hairstyle you are sportin' in your profile picture is simply posh. Any chance there's a tutorial that goes with it?

    1. Thanks, my dear! I take no credit. It's all due to the sock bun. I would explain it to you but I fear I'd confuse you further. Go to youtube and search "sock bun" for a more comprehensive tutorial. My friend taught me in California: essentially, there's a rolled up sock up there.
