Scenes From The Weekend

Eggs and lights. The latter were laced across the living room windows after a day of cleaning and organizing. The first were scrambled and enjoyed alongside Miles Davis and hot coffee. When we dressed and left the house on Saturday, the moon had already settled into place for the night. We took ourselves out to a local pub for dinner and stopped for hot chocolate and sweets on our walk back home. I wore boots and my favorite cream-colored winter hat with the pompom on top. It's that time of year.

I photographed the sweetest family on Sunday morning. Last year, in celebration of Thanksgiving, I wrote a rhyme. This year, all of that still holds true, so with respect to brevity, I will say this: Pursuing the passions that reside within the innermost pocket of my heart is a marvelous, wonderful thing. I am thankful I am able to do so, and I wish that for you, too.
