This Is What It's About


Operation hibernation is officially underway, wherein I enjoy peonies in December (a Christmas miracle!), afternoons filled with hot beverages and board games, and glamorous bedhead brought on by a steady rotation of sleeping, reading and eating.


No complaints whatsoever.

    I've been reading, eating {mostly chocolates}, watching my boys build Lego and play Hungry, Hungry Hippos, listening to the She & Him Christmas album, drinking Baileys, sleeping in...

    Not sure how I'll EVER get back into a routine once January 3rd arrives. Must put it out of my mind for now...

    Hope you're enjoying your time off, my dear!! Being in this cold weather definitely makes me want to go into hibernation too, but I'm trying to see everyone I can!

    Oh I'm so with you!! I haven't gone outside in over 2 days and it's glorious. I wish we didn't have to work in the winter. Ha!
