New York Public Library Digital Galleries

I just spent over two hours perusing the New York Public Library Digital Galleries and nearly had a heart attack from 1). the plethora of visual inspiration; 2). all that history gathered in one place; and 3). the FREE printables!

If you have an hour (or two or three, because trust me, you could easily browse these galleries for an entire evening), click on over to visit the NYPL Digital Galleries. From English Theatrical Portraits to Botanical Prints to NYC Maps to Popular American Song Sheet Covers, the NYPL digital galleries hold infinite, diverse inspiration and provide free artwork to all of us (there is an icon above each image with the option to "print" or "buy," if you want a larger size).
