Festival of Spring

So, it's April on Monday? Wowza. Time flies.

I was exploring our new neighborhood earlier this week and visited the three most important establishments; the bakery, bookstore, and flower shop. The florist was extremely gregarious and put together this lovely bouquet for me when I asked for something "soft and spring-like." I pet her pup (a cuddly chocolate lab mix) while we chatted about local event programming, flower arranging and animal rescue.
