Scenes From The Weekend

I took too many photos of leaves this weekend, mostly because I'll be wallowing in their absence once this hurricane hits. We were in Pennsylvania on Saturday for a family shoot with my dear blogger pal, Susan. Can't wait to share those photos soon. That's her adorable pup, Billy, up there. Tiho played the role of photo assistant for the day, meaning he schlepped the camera bag and held the dog. He's a good sport, that husband of mine.

After the shoot, we drove into Philly to meet a college buddy of T's, where we spent a couple of hours walking around and grabbing dinner near the UPenn campus. Sometimes--usually in the fall when the air pulses with the scent of academia--I miss being a student. Only sometimes though.

To those like us currently burrowed indoors waiting out this storm...stay safe! Fingers crossed we all come away unscathed.
