Good Bones, Great Pieces
Did your first apartment out of college look like this?? Yeah, mine either. Lauren and Suzanne McGrath are the winning mother-daughter duo behind the awesome blog "Good Bones, Great Pieces," where they document style finds and interior design and fashion inspiration.
While the two women currently devote their energies to running their design business, they both bring unique and extensive past experience from the field of design: Lauren is a former fashion writer for Teen Vogue and Suzanne is a former style editor and Emmy-award winning producer of Martha Stewart Living television.
The photos depict Lauren's first apartment located in a tiny but charming brownstone in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood of NYC. I cannot even describe how much I love this interior style. It's fresh, chic, fashionable, traditional, glamorous, modern, classic, versatile, relaxed, homey and timeless all at once.
Am I missing out on something here? Might I be scheming up a mother/daughter interior design team in the foreseeable future? Ohhh, Mom....

I loved your post as it gives me a lot of inspiration for my fashion career and also helps me gather information about the trends and the fashion.
ReplyDeleteI saw this apartment and agree! it is gorgeous. I love how feminine it feels without being over the top girly. It's stylish, sophisticated and very liveable.
