Twirl

I first saw the thumbnail of this image and thought, "what a pretty skirt!" When I looked more closely and realized the illusion, I was admittedly awe-struck. Cannot help but wonder if this was accidentally captured or specifically styled (I'm betting the latter, but secretly wishing the former).
